Training is going well. Very tired....want to go back to bed...oh well

Getting back in the swing/routine or saddle again can be tough and make one very tired and you can get run down from it too. Take those extra vitamins..C and B's especially and get as much rest as possible.

Of course my Mom used to say if you are really tired then you must be growing and that is where your energy is going to. She was wrong obviously, just look at me...I am just not tall enough for my weight!
