Keep in mind that if it's rented, my family, (sadly) still owns a 2 bedroom house about halfway between Disney and West Palm beach and it's furnished. If you are ever in a spot, let me know and I'll get you more info. (and also keep in mind, it's for sale at $89,900, at least $10K below market value. Please steal it).
