Since I'm spending the weekend in Charlotte I decided to do a little sightseeing. So - I got some brochures from Charlotte Chamber and found that the orchids were in bloom and on display at the UNC greenhouse. It's only about 15 minutes away, so I headed up. It was SO beautiful. And the air was thick with fragrance. The orchid in the picture
