Very windy today, which meant that two walks ended up being canceled, one because the wind was so strong it was scaring the dog, and the other was because there was so much dust in the wind (all we are is, etc. etc.) that the dog was sneezing and the owner decided that a long walk was unnecessary on such a sneezy, windy day

This is probably because I used to deal with medical problems, but I always worry when a dog changes behavior that there might be something causing pain (and those little dogs are prone to neck problems). Still, I'm glad you had the patience to make him happy in the end!
