That's all old news from 2000-2003, and it's hard for the Senate and Congress to impeach the guy when he was saying stuff that they, former president Clinton, and all of Europe believed. Remember when it wasn't controversial to say that Iraq had WMD? Back when, say, John Edwards, Al Gore, and Bill Clinton were saying it? That was 2002.
