A daily posting from your pager would be good for a laught. As for not having sexy content - post a picture of you on the bike.

As far as the "private" stuff goes... 3fgburner September 8 2006, 18:57:32 UTC
That's what filters are for. I use my LJ for three purposes: To vent, to keep folks posted on what's up, and to call folks' attention to items of interest. I generally don't get all that personal, because I'm not going to say anything on an LJ post, that I wouldn't put on a billboard beside 66 or 95.

Honestly, I enjoy the firehouse stuff at least as much as SCA stuff. And family stuff is often what life is all about. Count me in, if that's okay with you.

That is why my blog is locked to friends only and is more than a trifle boring, being filled with gym commentary, bike trivia and office wanderings. The serious stuff, I don't post at all. I have an off-line journal for myself. If I'm reading the filtered version, I'd be OK reading your unfiltered. Mundane daily trivia is what most life is about.

Personally, I think it's always good to hear what friends are up to, especially if they are far away and you haven't seen them in ages.

So, please friend me and add me to your filter, thanks!
