This weekend was coronation; it was far away but lovely. Over the past few months I have been slowly but surely coming to more events. A long time ago, in a craft shop far away...

In the last few months of my Army hitch, some new-found SCA friends turned me on to the craft shop at Ft Sill. I got to try out, at least for a little while, some casting and torch-work.

Since then, about all I did in the casting area was minie' bullets while I was a Civ War musket shooter, and a couple runs of cannon balls for my mortar and a buddy's cannon. I didn't even realize that a bunch of the shiny spiffies I'd seen around in the past few years, were from you. Coolness!

1) Would you mind adding me to the filter?

2) We're starting once-a-month A&S nights for the barony. Original idea was to host them at our house on the second Thursday. Maybe we could do one month at your place for casting?

3) There's a regular Sterling area arts and stuff meeting at different day each month, depending on when the Casades library is available. Maybe we can move one of those to your place for casting?
