my brain is VERY frazzled from reading and writing (that my excuse and I'm sticking to it)!
I have no idea what's going on, I definitely feel a tad run down at the minute because of my work load, but I've been on that prescription for a month now. Looks as if I'm gonna have to go back to the Doc's.

I've always had them bad since I was a child, but I used to get them about once, twice a year max. I've had them every month (even twice a month) since june.

Funny you should say that, my hands are in a pretty bad way, full of cuts and scratches from metalwork.
