Today is the magical day where I celebrate surviving another year without getting run over by a bus or mauled by a bear or something. I somehow managed to make it 24 years without winning a Darwin Award. Wow, I feel old.

At the stroke of midnight my mother started playing this Youtube video, which will forever be my favorite birthday song.

I've never played Rumble, actually. Do the Pokemon in Rumble look similar to Scramble U, Pokemon Ranch, etc?

It really is! I have actually contemplated buying him, but remembered SPACE and my lack of it :u

I'm pretty sure they're the same in Scramble U and Pokemon Ranch. c: They certainly are pretty close at least!

I was almost hit by a car in Philly, actually. (Not that it would have hit me hard enough for a Darwin award, but still...) Hurray for not dying!

Nah, I won't defriend you. I don't hate Newtwo anymore. I still think the design is dumb, but ever since I realized that the Mewtwo in the movie is basically a magical girl, I've been laughing too hard to hate anything about her.

I could never collect Mewtwo because 90% of his merch is derptastic, but I do love a lot of his recent merch. I have the zukan and lottery figure ordered from Gin (assuming she gets enough lottery figures to go around), and I'm about to order the pose-change plush. I should probably feel guilty about spending all my birthday money on Mewtwos, but I do not. I don't know how much of the movie merch I will be buying, but I will let you know if I need to split up a Mewtwo/Newtwo set.

Seeing all these TFGs popping up does give me hope for Mewtwo and Steelix. (Actually, I think I may have found a Steelix! I just need to double-check that it's not broken.)

Sorry it wasn't the best of days for you, but at least you got tons of awesome pokemon gets! Dude, now i want that Groudon metal coin in that set! o_o I've never seen those before. They look cool!

Don't worry about it. The only reason I don't "miss" my own birthday is because my parents and friends start a birthday countdown a week in advance.

There were quite a few of those sparkly coins on Y!J last I checked. I think a single person is listing all of the trading coin sets.

Wow, lots of nice gets! I'm still hunting for Salamence too, though I haven't been very thorough about searching their auctions lately.
