I'll vote for you :D My fiancee actually had serious problems related to his amount of working out and *lack* of sufficient salt intake. He felt woozy and tired for MONTHS before figuring it out. Where as he knew he needed water, his electrolyte intake wasn't matching.

Same thing with fat though...we've demonized something that our nervous system desperately needs to function correctly.
