all you have to do is just COPY it to your cellphone
you can use bluetooth or USB data cable or whatever

i mean you can "send" it to your cellphone *if you use bluetooth*, and after that you can start to use it

or if you use USB cable data, you can just copy it (ctrl+C) to your cellphone

mybe you can consider some options below :
A. ask your friend to save it on their cellphone, then sms it to you
B. download the it RIGHT FROM your phone
C. take your cellphone memory card, then copy it from your PC to your memory card
D. go buy an USB cord XDDDDD *get kicked*
