Chapter: one-shot
Pairing: Reita x Uruha, Zero x Uruha
Bands: the GazettE & D'espairsRay
Rating: PG-13
Summary: Uruha makes his last visit to Reita's house.
Author's Notes: Originally, I was trying to think of an idea for the theme "Enemies", but it ended up being something else.

Uruha knocks on the door and waits for someone to answer. He glances around the apartment complex, until he hears the door open and says, “I just came for my things, so don’t try to hold me up.”

The bassist opens the door more for him and steps aside, watching the other slip his shoes off. He closes the door and pushes Uruha against it, kissing him desperately.

The blonde groans and pushes Reita away, wiping his lips from the forceful contact. He walks away from him and goes toward the bedroom. He opens a drawer and immediately tosses the rest of his belongings in the box from his previous visit earlier that week.

Reita sighs, follows the other man, and leans on the doorway, watching the other pack. He bites his lip and breaks the silence.

“Do you need any help?” he offers.

“No, I got it.”

Uruha closes up the box, walks over to his former lover, and slips his ring off, putting it in the other’s hand. “You can keep it,” he says, going back to his box and carrying it out the room.

Reita looks down at the piece of jewelry and holds back his tears, quickly trailing the blonde. “Can’t we just start over?”

“There’s no turning back, Akira. I want no part of you and if you keep this up, I’ll quit the band,” Uruha states firmly.

The bassist frowns and walks over to Uruha, trying to give him one more kiss. He sighs softly and grabs the other’s hand, looking at him with pleading eyes. “Please, baby, I’ll do whatever you want. I’ll even let him have you, if I can just have a little piece of you,” he attempts to compromise.

Uruha snatches away from him and heads toward the door, putting his shoes on. “Don’t call me and stop begging. It doesn’t suit you very well, Akira,” he says bluntly.

He opens the door and smiles a bit at the bassist on the other side. He hands the box to him and exits Reita’s apartment, heading toward the car.

“I’ll take very good care of him,” Zero says with a smirk and leaves the heart broken bassist watching them leave with Uruha’s belongings.

Reita sniffs a bit and looks down at the ring in his hand, letting a tear escape to his palm.
