lalala, the saga of my bad health continues, today I had blood taken (which was kind of funny, because the lady who took it was completely fascinated by the fact that I watched the blood flow into the tube, I think it's really fascinating and it doesn't scare me at all, unlike injections like vaccinations, which I hate ( Read more... )

I was mildly anaemic for years, and it's amazing what a difference getting that sorted out made; the faintness, lethargy, low energy, low mood and lack of immune system all got better within days.
Iron tablets are horrible but they really do help. Or you can opt for the tastier, more expensive option of dining on spinach and kidneys... XD

I hope it is "just" anemia and I can get it fixed, because that would also explain so many of the symptoms that I've had for ages and if the lethargy and the difficulty concentrating would go away, that would be amazing *g*

and I've never eaten kidneys and I don't know if I ever want to, but I really like liver, which is apparently also rich in iron *g*

I don't really eat meat, but if I do I like it to taste dead so devilled kidneys are up there with my favourites.
And liver works, all dark meats and leafy green vegetables are good.

Faggots are the top source of iron afaik. XD

I'm just the opposite, I don't mind shots but a needle in a vein almost makes me pass out. I hope you find out what's wrong and feel better soon!
