so...Christmas was nice, even though my family can be kind of exhausting in large quantities. But mostly, it was really nice. We had the usual traditional Christmas Eve, which was going to the botanical garden where a brass band plays christmas songs every year, and then having coffee and cookies at our house, and dinner (which was non-traditional
