Sacofricosis - The practice of cutting a hole in the pockets of trousers so that a person can masturbate (usually in public).
And
Apodyopsis: The act of mentally undressing someone.
Surreptitious: Secretive, sneaky.

And yes you write about the fetish, and incorporate your word into it. By the way if you're using to fetishes and 2 words you have to do it all in one story.

but i have a question too. Do i have to actually use my words, ex. "embrocation", or i just can write for ex. "he was rubbing his all budy with a lotion". i mean, can i just refer to the word/fetish with my characters lifestyle or something??

Basically your word is the theme of your fetish/story. The word should be able to pull the whole piece of writing together.
