Can the fic have more pairings other then just KyoxToshiya?
Example, threeways, or cheating [requiring another person to be involved]?

Yes it can, as long as the main pairing is KyoxToshiya. As for three ways, as long as it contains KyoxToshiya, you should be fine.

Honestly, I'd like to participate but during last contest I felt humiliated so... no :/

I'm the one who wrote the "Romeo&Juliet-suicide" fanfic. I know that description came from a human who was mad because she hadn't won, but since I'm pretty paranoid, I had the feeling that she wasn't the only one who thought that way about my fic, but only the one who said it "aloud". I asked for an honest review but it never came, so I felt that after the contest I obtained nothing but an insult to my work. How can I know this time will be an actual productive experience? (not to mention that I already feel I've no chances against the writers in here, which is an extra frustration because in other communities, my works have had another sort of... appreciation?)

You only really submitted one fic demostrating your work. So we can't really jump into conclusions and say you're writing is bad. Also people cannot jump into conclusions based on that story. You don't have to participate in the contest, but if you really want helpful criticism or people to appreciate your stories, maybe you should post more of it here. I actually never see any of your work here only that one you submitted for the last contest.
