I'm having a birthday picnic with my friend Richard. In my infinite wisdom, I've decided that I want it to be Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy themed as it's his favourite book(s). So, we're having the picnic at the end of the universe and using towels as picnic blankets. However, I'm struggling for food

And I really like the whale + petunias salad, so, uh, I looked up what whale tastes like to see if there's something else to use besides fish. Apparently it tastes like reindeer or moose? But beef looks like it might work too, so I dunno. You can choose.
