There is nowhere. NOWHERE. that sells Dr. Ph. Martin's Hydrus ink anymore. So instead I got Higgins non-waterproof and upon contact with my sketchbook, it decided that they were to be enemies for life and turned a pooey grey. my annoying sense of humor is telling me to make a crack about emo ink... but I don't want to ( Read more... )

If I were male, I would definitely offer my eyeballs to him.

Now those are what I call fancy. :> I love Dream's hair. Nothing about them is off, psssh! Besides perhap's Dream's arm. The positioning looks slightly awkward. I feel weird critcizing. Still very awesome, though.

Much agreed on Dream's arm, I was trying to copy reference it from the picture in the book and it's in a weird blocky style. SO THERE'S MY EXCUSE. ;)

YES. LOVE THEM BOTH.

I like the Bolshoi; they remind me of Bauhaus. Sorry your record player's broken! :(

:D!

It's Friends, the one with the creepy grinning face-thing on the front. They are kind of like Bauhaus, except a bit... jazzier? Hmm.

These are beautiful, and very much in the spirit of Sandman.

Those are nice. Are you using ink and ink wash? I love ink. :3
I'm not a Sandman fan, but I just started reading the prose novel that was illustrated by Yoshitaka Amano. : )

I love ink too, it's challenging and yet weirdly fun. It's water-soluble ink, I use it like watercolor.
Oh! I have yet to get my hands on a copy of that, but it looks so, so fiendishly pretty. Amano is fantastic. :D

Amano is insane. XD It takes a lot of commitment to do the kinds of things he does. lol. And with watercolor no less. :P Water solubles can be hard to manipulate. If you're interested, take a look at my gallery through my user info page. Just hit "alphabetical, and it'll pop up. :P
I'm doing Vagrant Story at fanart100. Heard of it? : )
