Yeah...I think Becky's comp may be almost all better. She gave it to me to fiddle with and I think I may have fixed it. I got rid of the redundant Anti-Spyware stuff (sorry Ellie) replaced Norton and McAfee with another program. Got rid of some other extraneous programs download a couple hardware and software updates. You are supposed to have redundant anti-spyware. No antispyware programs are complete in their abilities. Neither are anti-virus. But that is her choice. Most experts tell you to have all of the free anti-virus programs and to keep several anti-virus programs but only run one at a time and only have one as the default, and to use teh others if you are having problems, and for monthly checkups.
