Prompts!

Mar 07, 2010 20:00

ack, the writing mojo just hasn't been, er, rising lately, but I at least got two more prompts done from the December 26 prompt request!

1. winky3018 said "I'm in a Aaron/Spencer kinda mood - maybe from your Blaze With the Glory verse,and it being the Christmas Season how about their first Christmas?" This may not quite be what she asked for. :)

Family Christmas )

Yay - "Anony"

Loved the first one, interesting to see those little windows into Hotch and Spencer pre-relationship. Especially when there is no hint of it really.

The second one was just flat out fun. Glad your muse is waking up and allowing you to put fingers to keys again.

Yeah, there really couldn't be any H/R in the first one, with Reid's age. But hey, they were friends for a long time before anything ever happened. :)

The second one was fun to figure out who was who.

I know I owe you the last prompt.

As a HUGE Marvel fan and a HUGE CM fan, the second story geeked me out more than I can even describe. Thank you SO MUCH for writing it.

You're welcome!

I've just gotten back into the Comics, so it was fun to take what I've been reading lately and apply it to the CM fandom.

Love the Avengers parrallels. Rossi is SOOO Nick Fury. Also were you in any way thinking of all the Steve/Tony slash when you made them Hotch/Reid?

I admit, the Steve/Tony pairing did cross my mind when I set Reid as Iron Man. Hotch has been referred to as Captain America in at least one or two eps, so he was set already. I haven't gotten brave enough to try writing Steve/Tony yet, but I'm sure it's coming.

and yes, Rossi is Nick Fury. No question about that.

its the beard. i dont know why.

also for dc
hotch=superman (truth and justice)
reid=batman (brains make him a scary MF)
garcia=oracle (DUH)
morgan=gl (just because)
emily= wonder woman (just popped into my head don't know why)
JJ= supergirl (for being blonde awesome and often underestimated) or possibly Lois Lane
Rossi= Gordon (wondering why he puts up with these idiots)

JJ was the hardest to work out.
hotch and reid are that way becuase supes/bats is the same as cap/tony.
Garcia was obvious.
Emily popped into my head wearing wonderwomans costume as did morgan with GL.
Rossi was the second i thought of don't know why but he seems to fit.

Morgan would totally be a John Stewart-esq Green Lantern.

Oh yeah, Rossi as Gordon works, too. They all work.

Now someone needs to write CM in Marvel or DC verse. :)

Thanks! Glad you liked it! I really like playing with the history of that 'verse in some ways, especially seeing younger Spencer.

These are both great. I really liked the first one and the establishment of Hotch and Reid's friendship long before their relationship became more intimate. I liked how Haley was portrayed here too, and how, at least at that time, Hotch and Haley's marriage seemed happy.

And the geekiness in the second one is beyond cool. Secret!Geeky!Hotch FTW!

Thanks!

Hotch and Haley's married had to be happy at some point, I firmly beleive that. So I wanted to show it. :)
