It looks like we will buy a new hard-drive, set up the operating system and copy our files over to it. Then he will scrub out current HD all clean and reinstall it as a mirror. Alex is fine. He'll be 6 weeks old tomorrow and he's busy trying to lift his head. He also tracks anything in front of him and recognizes my face as well as my voice. When we hold him and he's awake, he'll gaze into our eyes and we just melt. I think we'll be doing a lot of melting.
Oh, yes. He's also begun smiling and he gives us about 6-7 solid hours of sleep a night.

I'm not sure who would be devoured. I have the cutest plush Cthulu riding herd over my library and toy collection. I've even got a little throne for Him.
