searching for a Tam Lin short story

This was in an anthology... not sure if it was single-author or multi-author.

In this version of Tam Lin, he is of faery, some type of fae, rather than a captive human. He is sent to collect a girl to pay the tiend (tithe) to hell every seven years.

I've kept intending to search for more on Tam Lin, butr never got around to it.

I found it, finally! The Phaerie Bride by Rosemary Edghill, in the anthology Elf Magic edited by Martin H. Greenberg.
