WEEK ONE

SO i went to the gym today for training session number two. I'm sore and can hardly move with the new workout she gave me!! It's hard to type.

This past week I made it to the gym 6 out of 7 days even id SUnday was not for long. My goal was to eat breakfast everyday which I did and to do cardio for 120 minutes, I ended up doing 180 minutes. I ( Read more... )

Are you kidding? Six pounds is a huge deal! I'm sure this sounds really stupid and shallow, but I would love to lose six pounds, especially that quickly!

I'm a "skinny people", I guess you could say, and I think six pounds is wonderful. Congrats to you. The Body Pump class sounds fun, I love some dancing. :)
