I hear ya sister about the leaking. The morons upstairs over flowed thier bathtub numerous times. The landlord said the first time he fixed it by puting calking around the tub. And it happned again, 3 times. Im like, duh, its something in the wall, not the tub...But ever since they moved out, it hasn't happened.
