I pulled a stupid and opened like 100 tabs with Firefox add-on, Linky. My laptop froze a bit and my Firefox spazzed. I Ctrl + Alt + Dlt to shut down Firefox. Now Firefox does not want to refresh pages when I a. log in (leaves me in the log in page) and b. doesn't refresh the page after I've just been on there unless I give it a nice F5 refresh,

Why don't you defragment your stuff too, now that everything runs so slowly?

Ahhh if you have a large enough space on yer computer, Patt suggested there's a way to dual boot. Like creating backup drives so if something like this happens, you can reset it and it'll work instantly.
