So today seems to be The Bad Day of the week. Not The Bad Day To End All Bad Days, but certainly a day where everyone's pissy. Including me. WTF? I've heard of women in a specific area all experiencing the same menstrual cycle and guys having the equivalent of male PMS, but this is like all of that decided to happen all at once, with someone ( Read more... )

I don't have ice cream. But I do have cheesecake. If I freeze it, that's a close second. *ponders*

Go have ice cream for us both. Make me proud!

Yes! That's one of my favorites too. That's my had-a-bad-dream-and-can't-sleep-but-still-too-lazy-or-freaked-out-to-get-out-of-bed option and has been for... ever. It never fails.

Ha. I didn't even see this until you pointed it out. Your right. It is one of those days. Must be a full moon.

Well chicken soup and green tea have been helpful to me. And this sounds silly, but last night for the first time ever I tried a hypnosis thing. One of those rest-better, feel-better CDs. Although this one was pirated but still. It was a little odd at first but I fell asleep quickly and slept a lot more deeply than I usually do.

It's kind of funny though...I had it on my iPod under my books-on-tape playlist, and when one song/book/whatever ends, the next one begins, so I when I woke up, Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince was playing.

Oh, it is! Tricia and Poncho actually pointed out that it's a blue moon , well, yesterday... which is really when my bad stuff started happening though I can't speak for anyone else.

Ooh, keep me updated on the hypnosis cd. I use them myself. An old teacher of mine helped create a line of them called Hemi-Sync and I just got back into the habit of using a couple for meditations and such. I like 'em, though they tend to get mixed reviews depending on the skepticicity (is that the word?) of the person. Hehe, and if nothing else, HP is always therapeutic. :)
