Hmmm . . .birthday . . . .

 . .it's coming up.  Yep.  The 17th of August.  But what shall I do?  I want to celebrate it but I don't know how or what to do.

Any ideas?  Anyone wanna help me celebrate somehow?  I'm a bit worn out preparing social stuff for others (which were wonderful!), so I want it to be something that I don't have to work too hard at.

Oh my gosh. I really need to pay better attention to my LJ - because I just realized I cannot rely on the notification that someone responded! I've never had that happen and I didn't get nudged about this!

I really appreciate the offer but realize it's way too late. I was thinking of going to get a manicure and pedicure during the day sometime. Would you like to join me?

As I just mentioned above, I didn't get notification of your post! And I haven't really looked back, thinking I wasn't missing anything! I would still love to see you. I'm thinking of doing a manicure and pedicure. Would you care to join me? I don't do this but maybe once a year, if that. I'm overdue for some pampering and what better reason than my birthday!

Actually I'll be getting my fill and pedicure today (the 10th). Maybe we could do dinner in the evening?
