So yeah, duh, i have a fairly big weight problem. I *KNOW* i'm huge, but sometimes i *forget* i'm huge. It's a little odd to explain.. but I go around, feeling hyper or doing whatever, and I don't think of myself as what i am, it's more like it's just me doing whatever.. sometimes i kinna freak in a mirror. 1. no eating out
2. no eating after 8pm
3. walk daily at least 20 min
4. no more pop/koolaid/or high sugar drinks
5. drink lots of water
6. eat more veggies
7. chicken is better than beef

do all those things and youll see the lbs come off imediately. after that first month, yuoll need to start a workout regime. bout 30 min a day or cardio to start off with.

I need to get back into drinking water.. i had an incident a few years back and they made me drink literally gallons of water while i was in the hospital. I kinda drank water alot out of paranoia, but now i rarely drink.. so yeah i'm prolly alil dehydrated as is too.

And I honestly prefer eating chicken/turkey or fish instead of beef. My stomach seems to handle it better.

It's mostly gonna be an issue of willpower *grumbles*

Sometimes a lot of little things help make the difference. Don't biggie size anything, drink more water or tea or coffee, park further back in the parking lot, eat a few smaller meals and watch what you eat. Try chicken instead of red meat, or diet things instead of sugar laced sodas, or whole grain instead of white bread. Try oatmeal with raisins for breakfast, or add some to cereal. Drinks like Ensure or Slim fast are good for vidamins and minerals, but you should still eat and exercise sensibly. Buy one of those stationary foot bikes that you plug into your monitor so that you have to keep pedaling to keep the monitor working :). That way raiding will be good for you, and good fun at the same time.

Watching what you eat can be helpful, but you have to want to make an improvement before anything significant will come about.
