And so the new year has begun! I'm usually late with these kinds of things, but I wish everyone a happy and prosperous new year still! XD

... as to the "try to eat healthier" resolution: Trader Joes is your friend. Trust me: easy to prepare food, reasonably priced, easy to buy healthy foods, and so very tasty. Plus, they have great non-caffinated drinks and stuff... waaaay better for you than sodas. (trying so very hard to kick my habbit...)
Actually, Trader Joes is pretty awesome, and I do love getting their food, so I have one half of that down already. One of my biggest problems for eating healthy has been the issue of time mostly. See, very often at my work I'll have a shift where I get a half hour break and I'm usually pretty hungry by then, but we don't have a fridge to store stuff, which makes packing a lunch somewhat difficult. There's a McDonald's within short walking distance, plus a couple mexican restaurants and pizza from Costco. During those breaks I tend to go for McDonalds because it's so close, but I know there's healthier choices even there too (like their salads X3) than what I normally get. My other big problem is since I make money now, I can get fast food more often, and I tend to like fast food a little too much. >.< SO, I really should plan for eating at home and get Trader Joe's more often! XD
