It's funny, listening to the Fear the Boot podcast with Eddy Webb from White Wolf publishing has really got me thinking about why I want to create my own RPG. XD See, I don't have a problem with White Wolf in particular. I noticed the opening of you post, fought through it, and realized that I may or may not already have something sitting nearby.

First off, thank you for getting through my wall o' text! That was pretty awesome of you.

Secondly, I'm curious what this thing is! I'd really like to find out if you think it'll be helpful to someone designing their own system. X3 Anyway, hope you have (had?) fun at the con!

Okay, now that I've (mostly) shaken off the con plague, I can actually speak coherently.

Well, sorta ^^;

So, to get this into Crion-Dummy talk so I know what exactly you want:
You want a system that emphasizes shape shifting, primarily with an emphasis on Eastern Shifters, and the shifting idea should not feel like it was just tacked on for the hell of it.
You also want shifting, not anthropomorphic creatures.

Do I have the basics correct there?

And keep in mind I have a SLEW of gaming systems. . .I'm sure that there is something in The Archive that may at least be useful, if not exactly what you need.

Well, you know what? My response to your comment was so long that I decided to type up another journal entry! XD But yeah, this REALLY helped a lot with clarifying some things. But, I want to say that my goal ultimately is create my own world and system. I do want to know what's out there so I'm not copying anyone, so if you think of something similar when you read my post please let me know.
