Would you really have been riding a bike if you were dying? Unless it was like a situation in that Simpsons episode where Smithers gets bitten by a bee while taking Mr Burns for a ride, has an allergic reaction and gets forced by Mr Burns to keep riding the bike to hospital, where he collapses outside and then they take Mr Burns inside instead.
