“Mr.Kim, your fiancee, Beige is here.” Seohyun said to her boss, Kim Ryeowook. Little did Ryeowook know, Seohyun was the person who ruined his perfect relationship. “Bring her in.” Ryeowook said smiling at his assistant.
“Baby, the love of your life is here.” Beige said as she walked into Ryeowook’s office, they’ve been engaged for 2 years now, ever since Kyuhyun and Ryeowook break up, Beige is the person with whom Ryeowook finds comfort in. They met 3 years ago, Beige saved Ryeowook from committing suicide by jumping off a cliff. Then, she gave him a job at her father’s company, and now they’re engaged.
Ryeowook just smirked at Beige remarks, he loves Beige, or at least he thought he did, but Kyuhyun is the love of his life, and that fact will never change, no matter what happen. Beige knew that she was the rebound girl, Ryeowook had told her about Kyuhyun before, he had told her about his undying love towards Kyuhyun and how he’s afraid that he won’t be able to love Beige like how he had loved Kyuhyun.
Beige told Ryeowook that she would wait for him, and no matter what happen she’ll stay by his side. Although she looked like she wasn’t affected by Ryeowook’s confession, she would secretly cry herself to sleep every night wishing that Ryeowook could love her as much as he had loved Kyuhyun, but a dream is just a dream.
“Ok, whatever you just said. Why are you here again?” Ryeowook said trying to hide the displeasure in his voice, but his voice and facial expression gave him away. “You promised me that we were going to look for wedding venues today, remember?” unlike other girls, Beige wasn’t sad or disappointed that her fiancee forgot about their plans, she was too used to it. “Honey pie-pie, as much as I would love to go, I have a meeting today, Sorry.” Ryeowook said innocently, she gave Beige a hug before rushing off to the meeting.
Ryeowook always overlooked on things concerning Beige. He forgot their anniversary, their dates, their plans, he even forgot her birthday. Beige knew that Ryeowook never really loved her, but she just wanted to wait, she thought that if she was patient, maybe, just maybe Ryeowook would love her just as much as she loves him.

Ryeowook felt bad for ditching Beige on the last minute, but he had to work, composing and singing is his life now. It’s the only thing that could get his mind off Kyuhyun after the break up.
Everyone was staring at him the moment he stepped into the meeting room, he was known to be punctual, he was almost never late, his colleagues were actually bewildered as to why the super-punctual-Kim-Ryeowook was late.
“Good morning everyone, I’m really sorry for being late.” he said before taking a seat. “Kim Ryeowook, thank god you’re here, we can finally start.” Said his boss, who is also Beige’s father, Kim Gu-Ra to his future son-in-law.
“So as you all know, Mr.Cho, the famous designer, artist, architect and singer, who is also a very close friend of mine is starting his own clothing line, “Everlasting Purple Love”, that will be sold in a new mall, which will be designed by he himself, called “Lost Purple Love,”
because of our extremely close relationship, He had asked us, The Ra-Ra company to compose his logo song, and Mr.Kim Ryeowook will be given the honour to do it.” Kim Gu-Ra said proudly.
“Why is everything purple, is he some kind of person who’s obsessed with the color purple?” Ryeowook said innocently, earning laughters from everyone in the room. Kim Gu-Ra scoffed at the remarks given by his future son-in-law, “Look at the paper presented in front of you before asking questions Mr.Kim, if there’s no more question, all of you are now dismissed,” he said before leaving the meeting room.
Ryeowook picked up the paper and was amazed by it’s content, the description of the project was really touching that even a person as emotionless as himself could be amazed by it.
Everlasting Purple Love - EPL is a clothing line that was created not only by creativity, but instead it was created and designed with the thought of a special someone in the designer’s head. The product won’t even smell if you don’t wash it for months, other than that it’s also really hardy, it was created so that it’ll be able to stay with it’s owner through tough and easy times, thus making it everlasting. Because it’s so special, it’ll only be sold in the new “Lost Purple Love” mall. It’s not available anywhere, it’ll only be sold there because the designer hopes that lost love will be found there and remained everlasting after that. It was inspired by the designer lost love who loved the color purple and wearing jeans for a long time without washing it even though it stinks.
Without realizing it, tears were flooding Ryeowook’s eyes while reading this. He didn’t know why, but he couldn’t stop thinking about Kyuhyun while reading it. Kyuhyun had once promised him that he will create something like this when he had enough money, thoughts of the designer being Kyuhyun came across his mind, but then he just shrugged it off, thinking that it was just a coincidence that the designer and Kyuhyun has the same family name and the same idea. While he was lost in his thought, his assistant Seohyun came and ruined the moment. “Mr.Kim, here’s a note from Mr.Kim Gu-Ra.” she said and exited soon after.
“Ryeowook, go to the Purple company to meet Mr.Cho tomorrow, you’ll be working with him until the song is finish. I have faith in you, don’t disappoint me.” Ryeowook smiled while reading this, he couldn’t wait to meet this purple-obsessed man who has so many similarities with his lost-lover , but he’ll soon regret leaving and meeting this Mr.Cho.
