We’ve been lovers for years, but there’s one thing Ryeowook haven’t said to me, “I love you,”. Ryeowook will just smile every time I utter those three words and not reply.
“Ryeowook, do you love me?” I asked one day, but Ryeowook didn’t reply.
“Do you or do you not?!” I was starting to get irritated, what’s so hard about saying “I love you”, it’s just three simple words.
“Kyuhyun, I need to go now,” he said before heading towards the door with a big smile on his face. He’s really ticking me off right now.
“If you leave now that means you don’t love me,” I said to him.
“I’m not in the mood to play games, goodbye Kyuhyun,” Ryeowook said as his smile grew wider. What’s up with this dude, why is he happy that I’m angry with him, doesn’t he love me?
“I mean it Ryeowook, if you step out of the door, then it’s the end for us,” I said firmly.
“Whatever Kyuhyun,” he said before stepping out of the door, and out of my life. I broke down in tears the minute he closed the door. I’ve been loving a person that doesn’t love me in return for three freaking years, what have I done with my life?
I went to work the next day and saw Ryeowook. He looked as happy as ever, isn’t he sad about our break up, am I really that meaningless to him?
“Hi Kyuhyun,” he said to me as I walked pass by him, but I just ignored him.
“Why are you ignoring me?” he said with that cute pout on his face, but that won’t work this time. I’m tired of being in a one sided relationship.
“Because I hate you,” I said to him before proceeding to the studio. I turned to look at his face and was expecting him to at least look hurt, but his smile grew wider instead.
“JERK.” he said before pulling me into a tight hug.
“You’re the jerk,” I said to him as tears trailed down my face.
“I know you don’t mean that,” he said to me as pulled away from the hug.
“And I also know that you love me with all your heart,” he said before winking at me.
“I used to Ryeowook,” I said to him.
“You don’t mean that, now, come, follow me,” he said before pulling me into our bedroom.
The room was decorated with star craft action figure and posters, even the limited edition ones. THIS WAS LIKE HEAVEN!
My sour face immediately lights up upon seeing the room, I looked and Ryeowook with a big smile on my face.
“You did this for me?” I asked him.
“I have an ultimatum for you, do you want to hear me say those three words you’ve been dying to hear, or do you want me to keep the room the way it is right now?” he asked me. WOAH, he’s actually asking me to choose between Starcraft and him? HOW CAN HE DO THIS?
“I choose the first option,” I said to him with a big smirk on my face.
“I love you Cho Kyuhyun!,” he shouted before pulling me into a really tight hug.
“I love you too Kim Ryeowook,” I said to him as tears trailed down my face, staining his white shirt.
“Why did it take you so long to say I love you to me?” I asked him.
“Because I wasn’t convinced that you love Starcraft more than me, he said, his cheeks were blushing like crazy. He was probably ashamed by his STUPID reason, calm down Kyuhyun, you love this amazingly clever but sometime sort of stupid lover of yours.
“I do love you more than Starcraft, but..but..” I was blushing like crazy as I was too to embarrassed to finish my sentence.
“But what?!” he asked.
“But do we really have to throw it all, I’m sure it cost a lot, It’s not that I want to keep it or anything, it’s just that I pity you for having to spent so much for me and everything, so can we please please please keep all the stuff,” I said to him, all in one breath causing him to burst out laughing.
“Of course we can, I was just checking whether you love me or Starcraft more, and you passed with flying colors,” he said happily.
“Thank you!” I said before pulling him in for a kiss, our first kiss.
Hello, it's my first attempt at writing a FLUFF fic, please do tell me what you think about it. I'm so used to writing angst, this one was a bit of a challenge to me, I hope I did well.
