I don't quite know how you fitness fanatics do this to yourselves on a regular basis!

I had a half-hour personal trainer session at the gym yesterday, and now I can't fully extend my left arm without a minute or two of pathetic whimpering and muscular torture, plus I'm now aware of muscles in my chest that I had no idea existed,

Now, let me absolutely terrify you.. It doesn't get easier! If it does, you're not doing it right. .. You will however, in time, notice a big change in your overall fitness abilities.

You get used to it after a while. Sometimes, I even miss feeling nauseated after leg day.

Nauseated I can live with, it's the limited range of painful movement at the moment that's the killer.

I thought getting into my overalls at work last night was bad enough, little did I know how difficult they would be to take off later! XD
