To start with, way to go!

Secondly.. I'd personally start off with 10 minutes on the cross trainer, just because it's a good way to warm up your joints and muscles (raise heart rate).

Nice to see you're building on your endurance for your push ups and your reps for your machine based workout will build strength and endurance!

All I have to say is, keep it up! :) You're on your way to becoming even more awesome that you were!

40 Push ups this morning, I think my shoulders are writing to their union and demanding strike action XD
