Weight was 121.1 today, so things are definitely moving the right direction.
I've had to cut back slightly on the push-ups as my shoulder is still giving me problems. Not muscular ache but more of a pain in the joint, which makes me think I shouldn't push things too hard with it right now as it's got steadily worse over the last week. Last thing I need to do is cause myself an injury now and set me back while things are good!
Not sure when I'll get to the gym next, what with being on nights now and christmas coming up, so I'll have to make do with stuff at home in the meantime.
