For the first time EVER in my life, I've actually come out the other side of christmas LIGHTER than what I went in at. Pre-chrimbo weigh in was 121.1kg, today was 120.6kg.

Words cannot express just how happy I feel right now with this! :D

New Years Resolution? Keep doing what I'm doing right now. It's working :D
