This is really fascinating! Is it his narrative that's garnering so much extra attention, or is it that he's really good AND he has an interesting story, do you think?
I'd say it's more the latter. To a degree, by now, the narrative has taken on a life of it's own as well, so things like how much he is covered become as story of it's own for example

I think he's going to do just fine with Minnesotans. After all, he has a lot more anonymity there, plus the Parise/Suter signing works very well in his favor, taking a lot of the local attention away from him.
