Dining Commons Thoughts

I've noticed a trend with the dining commons menus as of late. Often times they serve something which I have never heard of before, usually I can make one out part like "chicken" but get lost with the rest of the terms like "with Tasso Creole Sauce." Lot's of the stuff I think I've got down such as a "Savory Rice Pilaf," which was available this
