you kno he only lost becuz of the way the show was set up. did you see the commentary? his food was clearly better in every respect...

we decided it was set up so that the americans win becuz both sakai and morimoto lost... and sakai doesn't lose to anyone, especially not bobby flay. sakai's skills are far superior.
