Quick post because I've suddenly developed a lot of new favorite songs lately. They are:

Kusatta umi de oborekaketeiru boku wo sukuttekureta kimi by Kagerou. LOVE. I don't think I've listened to a song this frequently since Sweet Powder. Though for different reasons. >_>; rudetuesday-If you don't know/have this song, try it!!

I actually really liked High and Mighty Color's cover, too. I can't tell my best friend, though, 'cause I've been like adamantly against them for the last like 2 and a half years. *LOL* She loves them and I ragged on them big time when she first showed me videos and stuff. I honestly don't even remember why anymore (I think I thought the chick's voice was bad or something) but I've invested too much time in disliking them at this point. hahaha

Then again, I also spent 6 years despising SEX MACHINEGUNS for no good reason and I'm totally kicking myself in the ass for that because, as it turns out, I find them incredibly awesome (old SM, not new). @_@ Sometimes I am too stubborn for my own good. XDD

Haha, I'm the same way about stuff sometimes (espcially with my sister!) Like I feel a little guilty about loving La'cryma Christi so much, because I've busted on other bands with similar-sounding vocals.

Someday I'm going to troll your journal for bands that you talk about that I've never listened to. :D

La'cryma Christi is awesome. True, Taka's voice takes a little getting used to and, 6 years after I started listening to them, I still cringe a little when I watch live performances and hear his voice sans the magic of the sound board. @_@ BUT great music is great music and they all rock (except for Koji who failed a million times over when he left the group to go do Al-fuckin-vino x_x).

hahaha Have fun with that. I listen to so many. XDDD

Kagerou!! =D I was wondering if you'd ever listened to them after I flailed over them. That's a really good song too.

The HaMC cover was my favorite on the LUNA SEA tribute album I think. They're so much fun to listen too.

You are forever linked to Kagerou in my mind. I did listen to them, but not heavily. I'm like that--where I'll get a new band or album and then really get into them/it like 3 months later. XDD I downloaded more of their music last night. :D

I actually dl'd a BUNCH of stuff last night. I didn't have much luck finding HaMC, but my search got sidetracked by La'cryma Christi.

Oh, did you see the link to the clip with Koto from Sugar? I laughed so hard. You can take the jrocker out of the dress, but you can't take the...wait, that won't work. Anyway, he still played like he was wearing a lacy dress and roses in his hair. XD And he was so smiley I wanted to squish him.

California doesn't have weather per se, but I grew up in Saint Louis, went to school waaaaaay Upstate NY. I feel your need for Spring to come NOW. XD
