Day Job vs. Real Job

When I talk about where I work, I say that I have two jobs. This is the truth. My second job doesn't make any money, but it's a means to a goal. The theater work is what I consider my real job. Sounds like a lot of hard work and not much of a social life. I am sure you have to love what you do in the evening to make such an effort toward achieving it. My step-sister wants to design stages for a living, so she's majoring in interior design. I told her about how hard you have to work just to build a resume in technical stage managing and she would have to do the same. I have to admire your determination in pursuing your dream.

Hm. That seems an odd thing to major in to achieve that goal, but then she will have a much more flexible degree. Interior design is a good field and now with the green design boom environmently friendly interior conversions are all the rage.
