Cooking 11.16.10 - More Italian Stir-fry

So the cooking adventure continues. Today I've made a stir-fry of Italian sausage, baby carrots, and zucchini. It's rather good. Used the same Italian dressing seasoning. Rather yummy, but the carrots are over done. I need to work on that.

do you have a slow cooker?

Nope. I've been meaning to buy a crock pot, but it just never happened. Slow cooked carrots end up squishy, which is what happened last night. I should have put them in at the same time I put the zucchini and meat.

Love soup. I just had a beef and barley soup called Italian Wedding Soup on Monday. It was rather good, considering it was a microwave cuppa.
