So, I just read The Best Fic Ever Written over at samhain_smut: Not A Gentleman So Much As A Gentle Man. It's Neville/Ginny with a totally believable, totally adorable, totally swoon-worthy side of Seamus/Luna/Dean... um, you basically can't go wrong with that combination, but this author went so right it nearly made me cry. Neville is utterly perfect; Ginny ( Read more... )

I *think* I know who wrote it, and if I'm right, then she deserves all of the hugs and kisses. :D

My fave at samhain_smut was definitely the Cormac/Lily Luna piece. I'm looking forward to reveals so I can a) stalk the author, and b) post my own story at my journal.

Maybe you can put in a good word for me to the author *snort* I've already proposed marriage; I could use some talking up ;) Bahahahaha! Seriously. Dead with love over here.

I didn't read the Cormac/Lily Luna one, though I did see it rec'd in a few places. (Cormac makes my head hurt, LMAO). I actually didn't get to a lot of the pieces at samhain_smut -- I need to catch up before reveals, I think. There are quite a few things that caught my interest, and I just didn't get a chance. But I saw Neville/Ginny and couldn't resist, and once I found Seamus, it was all over ;)

*puts it on my to-do list for this weekend*

Oh, I'm not a Cormac fan at ALL, but for whatever reason, I ship him with Lily Luna. I was initially nervous, but since the author used one of my prompts, I had to read it -- and I was so glad I did!

I need to catch up (read the Neville/Ginny, for one) before reveals, too. I've just been so busy with Humpathon and now with Interhouse posting, I can barely manage the brain power to read!
