The first thing House was aware of was light.  He pried his eyes open and peered blearily in the direction of the unwelcome intrusion.  Sunlight.  Peeking through the blinds on his bedroom window.  Morning?  When did that happen?  Think back, think back…  Oh yeah, Wilson and his wonder drugs.

Wonderful build-up. From House's unfathomable pain to Wilson taking care of him, to House finally taking the plunge and kissing Wilson. I was holding my breath with House when Wilson was waking up. House's uncertainty when he stopped kissing Wilson, stopped touching him, waiting for his reaction before continuing with what he was doing was beautiful.

This was an utterly fantastic fic!!! It was sweet without being overly sugary. It was sweet in the way that an actual romantic relationship between these two would be sweet. Not all chocolates & roses, but just moments of passion & honesty that are based on a deeply undeniable love. You pulled this off very well!

Thank you! Personally I can't stand syrupy and over-sweet, except on pancakes. Reality is much more fun anyway.
