(and may I ask you why you titled this fic as '광산은 언제나'?? well, I think maybe, MAYBE you choose wrong word for 'mine', coz 광산 means mine, but not 'my-mine', it's 'diamonds/coal mine' kind of 'mine'.
I'm sorry if you choose that word with intention.)

Roughly it could be : 언제까지나(always) 내 것(mine).
Means more like 'forever mine', but less dramatic than '영원히(forever). Also you can use 언제나 than 언제까지나, 언제나 is more casual word. ^^
