Sorry about the massive lack of updates, y'all. Life decided to push me down a flight of stairs recently, and while I'm not 100%, I'm at about 73%, so I'm getting there.

Also! With the end of the school year, and therefore FINALS (aka "Fuck I Never Actually Learned this Stuff!"), updates will probably not be back to normal until May or June. Please

I loved this chapter just as much as the others. Sora and Roxas using sexual advances to distract Riku and Axel was brilliant, and Riku's confusion and Axel's persistence was delicious. And yay! Squall!

Other than that, the writing is still... I'm not sure how to put it... necessary? There isn't anything that doesn't need to be there, and it's intense and leaves you anxious for the next chapter. Seriously, I want to know what happened. I'm looking forward to the next update, however long it takes you; I'm sorry life's kicking you around too.

I think that was probably the only way that Rox was going to get those cuffs on Axel, slippery thing that he is. I couldn't leave Squall-it's-Leon-dammit out, either... I'm a tad bit obsessed with Final Fantasy VIII. My only woe is that I ship KH!Seifer with Hayner, and therefore couldn't pair him up with Squall/Leon/Whatever.

I'm glad you like the writing! Some people (*ahem*English teachers*cough*) tend to think I'm too concise or something like that. I'm not big into mega-amounts of detail, and I once heard from an editor something along the lines of "if you mention the gun over the fireplace, make sure someone uses that gun by the end of the book." I'm hoping to get chapter eight up on time, though... it'll be nice to be back on track.
