Some veggies but not enough, a handful of calesthenics when I remember, around 5 hours of sleep a night, no breakfast, and giving in to cravings like no other

I've been doing really horrible the past few days -- which is why I have been lacking in posting here, because I'm ashamed. e.e;;;; It's been brutal. Horrible things to eat, cravings like no other, no exercise, and not nearly enough water. It's been bad.
What I've been doing is having my mom help me out. We have a whiteboard at home so she's going to start making me write down my point totals up there to help me out a bit, plus we went shopping tonight and every time I was tempted to reach for something unhealthy I'd mentally smack my hand and be like "Omg no! Bad!" So, yes, you are not the only one who is having difficulty ;)
