seriously! Conferences ROCK! you have to walk practically all day = TONS of exercise. You are given unlimited supplies of water and loads of veggies with yummy ranch dip (which I can never stop eating) and soft cheeses--which were stellar on celery sticks. It was like a conference of healthy habits!
It was a three day conference. I was only allowed to go for one day, being the new girl at the office someone had to stay and answer phones the other two days, but...man...my points would have been INSANE with two more days of that! haha.
Can you try to take some of the stuff from the conference and incorporate it into your regular days? Maybe cut up some veggies and keep them and dip handy all the time?
I was actually planning on doing something like that today....but we had a HUGE snow, so going out was impossible. I'm hoping to be able to get out tomorrow... That way I can go buy celery, carrots, etc. to cut up and stick in the fridge at work in little baggies. I also want to find some of that cheese. haha. The only thing I already have is the ranch dressing. :P But yeah! I'm hoping to do that....if not tomorrow than Monday night after work. :) It was just so lovely having them magically appear at the conference though. hahaha.
