QTF 2012
I went there this morning and walk for 1 mile. Rick was late though (1,5 hour) so the race started without him, for the first time no foghorn for Rick :(.. so I walked, finished it, walk around and got some goodies.. healthy drinks, snacks, bought raffle tickets.. went back to my car and dumped the whole thing, took off my sweater cos it was really sunny & getting hot. When I came back, I saw Rick just getting out of his car.
Rick was walking around from table to table, got a plaque from The QTF Committee, talking to people then started signing. Not too many people queuing probably about 30..
I went there alone this year.. a lot of friends can't make it :( but I met Ulrike there and we stayed together cos we're going to take each other pictures when we get the auto,. We went to the end of the queue, so we could take time to talk to him..
When I asked for his auto, he was drinking his coffee & he said he has a headache.. no wonder he look kinda tired :( Here's when he's slurping coffee for his headache
I asked auto for GG, which he gave a <3 sign, and for W & D (without the <3) then when it's my turn, he look at the picture (of him LOL-ing) for along time and finally he asked where it was taken, I told him that was from QTF2011, and then he said : look at that .. so fat !! *pout* and I said : No, you're not, you're fine ! and then he wote my name, and I asked : Do I got <3 ?? and he said : Yes you do !...and he drew a heart with an arrow thru it .. *snort*
Then.. I asked : Could you sign 1 more ?? (for Marian) and he said.. What?? and laughed, and asked : Who's Marian ? I told him that she's from New York & was here last year, but couldn't make it this year . After that I asked for a picture with him... and he said : And a picture too ?? and I said : Yes,of course.. the whole package.. :-D so I went around the table and got a hug for my picture with him... YAY! so much better than last year.
The ladies from rdanderson.com also took pictures of us.. so I might be there.. yikes!!

These are the signed-pictures, the right side is of him from QTF2011, isn't he cute ?? and this made me realized that I didn't post anything for QTF2011 .. argh!!.
